The Bonds That Tie Us - book trailer

Woot! I got it to work. I hope you enjoy it. Remember, this is my first attempt at something like this, so be gentle. :)

That is so cool!! How did you do that? Where did you get the pics from?? Who are those people???
I love it!

Hehehe, I'm glad you liked it. The pics came from some free stock photos I found on the web. Some I took and modified with Photoshop to give them the alien look. Then I used MS Movie Maker to pull it all together. When I was done I had to convert it to mpeg format in order for YouTube to take it.

And that song was the theme for my hero when I was writing the book. I just love it!

One word, Excellent!

I got a chance to see the first one you posted and it really did take away from the impact it made because you had to guess what it said... this one was great.

Good job. It's quite intriguing too. You give enough information for the reader to want to know more.

Thanks Vicky! I had a bit of a learning curve with YouTube, having never posted there before. I think I have it figured out now though. :)

GREAT first effort! I wouldn't even know how to go about something like that! Well done!

I really like your idea of theme music too!

Stupid question --
Are there any copyright issues with the photos & song? Or is it a small enough sampling that it doesn't matter.

The photos were free for use, so there shouldn't be any issues there. As for the song, I'm not sure. I hope the fact that I gave the creator credit is enough. And it is a very small sample. Next time I think I'll look for some free for use music as well.
